Giftcard Terms And Conditions

  1. Validity: Gift card validity is subject to applicable state law. Gift cards purchased in California do not expire. Gift cards purchased in New York are valid for at least nine (9) years from the date of purchase. Gift cards purchased in other U.S. states are subject to applicable federal and state laws, which may vary by location, and any expiration terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

 

  1. Fees: no additional fees, including but not limited to inactivity, maintenance, or dormancy fees, will be charged for the possession or use of this gift card.

  

  1. Cash redemption:  rights vary by state. In California, gift cards with a remaining balance of $10 or below may be redeemed for cash upon request in accordance with California law. Effective April 1, 2026, this threshold increases to $15. In New York, where required by law, remaining balances of less than $5 may be redeemed for cash. Customers may contact customercare@townhousebeauty.com to request redemption of an eligible remaining balance.

  

  1. Replacement of Lost or Stolen Cards: Should your gift card be lost or stolen, please contact us with proof of purchase. A replacement card can be issued for a nominal fee not exceeding $5, safeguarding your balance and ensuring continued enjoyment of our services.

  

  1. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws of the United States. State-specific consumer protection laws may apply depending on the location where the gift card is purchased or used.
